Compared to the simple ready-to-use debugger, it has a rather strong peculiarity.
The effect of 1 to make her Special Summon itself is a heavy condition as a deployment support.
It's not that difficult, but there is almost no reason to prioritize it because there are a lot of lighter ones as deployment personnel.
The effect of 2 is combat assistance, but the opponent to fight must be his Link Monster, and it hurts that the link encounter rate has decreased since the 10th period.
It's not that it can't be used, but it's hard to prioritize because it has a heavy nature compared to competitors.

Second kind of debugger.
Self-deploying requires two of his Link Monsters, and he's a low priority among those who can Special Summon due to the abundance of cards in Cybers. Even if it increases RBI and grants battle destruction resistance, it is easy for him to be dealt with by activating GY, which is a condition for fighting Link Monsters "with each other", so I want to use it when attacking rather than defending.
Luckily, Cybers also has cards that go well with 《Update Jammer》, shooting codes, etc., so I think it can function as a secret ingredient.

If there are 2 or more Link Monsters in your field, you can Special Summon from your hand, and when Link Monsters fight each other, remove them from his GY, and increase his ATK of 1 Link Monster of GY to his Link. It has the effect of granting combat resistance to monsters.
Special Summon effects go well with his Deck, which deploys Link Monsters such as his Accesscode Talker and overwhelms them with violence. Since he is Cyberse, will he be even more compatible with Accesscode Talker? Other than that, it would be an effect that can be used with a Deck that arranges Link Monsters.
By using this Special Summoned card as a link material, the door to the effect of GY activation is also opened. If Link Monsters, which were the conditions for Special Summon, were also used as link materials, the condition that GY requires Link Monsters would also be lifted.
Based on the Special Summon effect, there is a possibility that it can be used as a link material in a deck with a large number of Link Monsters.

The condition of "when you have 2 or more Link Monsters in your field" seems difficult at first glance, but it is not a difficult condition if it is a Deck that can easily deploy multiple Link Monsters. Especially in the [Accesscode Talker]-axis Cyberse Deck, I think it's worth adopting as one of the DARK Cyberse that can be brought with 《Cynet Codec》.
The second hit-up effect is limited to "when Link Monsters fight each other", but if it meets that, it can be activated just by preparing a GY Link Monster, so there is no loss. In the current environment where Link Monsters are the mainstream in the first place, I think there is a high possibility that such a situation can occur without intentional targeting.

His Special Summon effect when there are 2 or more Link Monsters on your field, and her GY exclusion when calculating damage between Link Monsters can pump up. Both are not bad, but the pump up value refers to his GY's Link Monster, and the battle between Link Monsters is specified, so it's not stable. If you have a link of 3 or higher, you can expect an increase of 2000 or more, so it would be ideal to aim for that area and use a monster that can attack continuously as a finisher.

There are many supports that can be received as low level / dark cybers.
The Special Summon condition requires preparation, but with Link as the main axis and his deck, it's an easy condition to meet. If I put it out, I want to connect it to a larger link in order to connect it to the effect of 2.
The effect of 2 is somewhat dependent on the opponent, but now that Link's adoption rate is very high, there are relatively many opportunities to activate it.
Link is necessary for his GY, but even from condition 1, preparations will be naturally completed at the stage of summoning a large link. Cards such as Harifiber and Isolde, which are suitable for relaying, also have a decent hit point, so they will have a high enhancement ratio.
It can be activated on each other's turn, but it should be used mainly offensively, targeting cards with high combat power such as Borrel Sword.
It's an effect that tends to be influenced by the environment, so it needs some ingenuity, but I think it's a card that's not bad at the moment.
